On August 13, Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, and Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, met in Chengdu with Sun Yongcai, Chairman of CRRC Group, Ma Yunshuang, General Manager of CRRC Group, and the delegation they led. During the meeting, the two sides discussed seizing the opportunities presented by the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and exchanged views on a range of issues, including further optimizing investment layout in Sichuan, bolstering collaboration in scientific and technological innovation, advancing intelligent manufacturing, enhancing operations and maintenance capabilities, improving the supporting infrastructure for the rail transit industry chain, beefing up efforts to promote the high-quality development of the rail transit industry, and contributing to the rapid development of a modern industrial system in Sichuan.
