Sichuan Province will deepen the planning and design of the 8+30+100 key investment-attracting projects by putting forward another 10 provincial key investment-attracting tourism projects and promoting the construction of 46 key projects including Dujiangyan Wanda cultural tourism city, Niubei Mountain, HKCTS (Jintang) Spring Vocation Area, Ta-pa Mountains Canyon, and Guer Valley Spring Town.

　　This year Sichuan will make full efforts to construct 28 all-for-one tourism demonstration zones, put three scenic spots into the 5A list and 30 to the 4A list, take the lead in establishing public infrastructure facilities such as integrated sightseeing platforms, comprehensive service stations, and parking lots for self-driving tourists in the Kangding-Yajiang Section of the most beautiful sightseeing avenue on Sichuan-Tibet Road 317 and 318 Lines and Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport-Hongyuan Airport Section on Provincial Road 301 Line, and restore and build 1000 toilets and five parking lots for self-driving tourists in the tourism areas.

　　In terms of alleviating poverty through tourism development, Sichuan will also put priority on the construction of demonstration zones of poverty alleviation through tourism development in 10 towns and 130 villages and forge 363 key villages of poverty alleviation though tourism development; leaders of rural tourism cooperatives will be fostered and an array of provincial demonstration rural tourism cooperatives will be born; those key villages are supported to set up sales area of agricultural products in the neighboring key scenic spots, service stations on expressways, and passenger terminal centers on major arteries.

　　Furthermore, Sichuan will deepen the themed band marketing activities such as Beautiful China, more than pandas and Trip to Famous Sichuan Restaurants and Sichuan Cuisine, organize the 22nd General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization to be held in September in Chengdu.
