Ye Hanbing, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1965, completed an in-service graduate program. As a CPC member, Ye is currently Vice Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, a member of the Party Leading Group, Party Committee Secretary, Director and Inspector General of Sichuan Provincial Department of Public Security, and Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee (concurrent post).
